OGK Academy – Terms and Conditions

By enrolling in any OGK Academy program, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to the following terms and conditions. These policies are in place to ensure the highest quality of service, fairness, and consistency across all training programs.

1. Refund Policy

OGK Academy maintains a strict no refund policy under any circumstance. Due to limited availability and high demand for both 1-on-1 private sessions and level-based group training, your spot is reserved exclusively for you. All sales are final, and by enrolling, you agree to this non-refundable commitment.

2. Vacation/Reschedule Policy

Coach Gabe takes a scheduled 7–10 day vacation every 180 days. For small group training participants, make-up sessions will be offered and must be completed prior to his time off. Multiple day and time options will be provided the week before to ensure all athletes have the opportunity to reschedule.

Please note: This policy applies exclusively to small group training. Fundamental sessions—held only on Tuesdays and Wednesdays—do not include make-up options.

3. Rainout Policy

If field conditions are unsafe due to rain or saturation, sessions may be rescheduled at Coach Gabe’s discretion. He personally inspects the field and makes the final call. Parents may not independently cancel a session due to weather.

4. Missed Session Policy

Coach Gabe enforces a strict missed session policy:

  • Sessions missed without 48 hours' notice will be forfeited.

  • With at least 48 hours’ notice, a make-up session will be offered and must be completed within 7 days for small group training only.

  • Make-up sessions not completed within 7 days will be forfeited.

5. Player Conduct Policy

All athletes are expected to:

  • Arrive 15 minutes early to warm up

  • Wear appropriate goalkeeper gear

  • Maintain respect, focus, and professionalism at all times

Failure to meet these standards may result in dismissal from the program without refund.

6. Payment Policy

By enrolling, you agree to a minimum 6-month commitment beginning from your registration date.

You may choose one of two payment options:

  • Pay in Full (Upfront) – Receive one month free

  • Monthly Plan – Automatically charged every 30 days via your credit/debit card

If a payment fails, you will be notified and must update your payment method within 24 hours to avoid suspension of training services.

7. Early Termination Policy

Should you choose to cancel before completing the 6-month commitment:

  • Send written notice to [email protected]

  • A $300 early termination fee is required

  • Upon payment of the fee, all sessions and billing will stop immediately; unused sessions will be forfeited

8. Session Completion Policy

All sessions must be completed within the 6-month contract period. Coach Gabe will provide multiple weekly time slots to help you stay on track. Sessions cannot be carried over or extended beyond the contract end date without prior written approval.

9. Program Continuation & Renewal

If you do not intend to continue training after the 6-month term:

  • Send notice via email to [email protected] at least 30 days before your final session

  • If no notice is given, your spot will be held and monthly billing will continue
